who shouldn t come?:

everone who can t stand electronic noise, techno, house, acid, crazy artists, trippeee visuals, (beach)parties, techtalk, offroading, swimming, mountains, beaches, sand, rocks, beachbars, good food, ... better go to travemuende, germany, for hollidays.
also a**holes and troublemaker should stay in the north of crete! hersonissos or malia is perfect for them! :)

how will be the weather like?:

like in germany in july. 25 - 35 degrees celsius. maybe some rainshowers on some days. maybe some windy days. but nice and friendly. not too hot, not too cold (well, here are no weatherprophets @ work but it was like this in the last years...) the photos are shot on a day with no good weather...clouds all over the southcoast...

how do i travel to crete:

you can come by plane (the airports are called heraklion and chania), you can come via ferry from athens (the harbors are called heraklion, rethymno and chania). you can come by parachuting (we wouldn t do that - see what happend in woldwar II). you can come via teleporting. a landing aera for spaceships is available.
whatever your decision is: its your turn to take care of your travelarrangements!

where will i stay?:

a friend and coorganisator of the battery park crete crew has a brandnew appartmenthotel in the mountains of triopetra with 12 rooms with 2 beds, fireplace, small kitchen, flatscreen tv, bathroom with shower, balcony with fantastic seaview, open air bar and bbq area.
this will be the main daily spot for workshops, meetings, smaller parties, the famous liquid sky crete electronic bbq events, ...
whenever this place is booked out by battery park guests - the next appartmenthotels are 500 meter away... so we can guest a couple of hundred people at the same time...

can i find myself a room somewhere else and just join the battery party events workshops?:

NO!

why is that?:

the battery park crew works a year for this event and as you don t want to send daily food, dogfood, beer, pay the rents, phones, internet, electricity, gas, ...
and - beside of wild camping where you can go in jail for - you will not find much cheaper places to stay!

when should i book?:

whenever you feel like it! the first 24 people who book will get the rooms in the mainhotel, after that we ll expand to the other hotels.

AND REMEMBER:

WE ARE NOT IN THE LAST MINUTE BUSINESS!!!!

if you book the last 2 weeks before the festival starts you will have to pay 25% more than normal!!!

are there any confirmed artists yet?:

beside 4youreye (eye-con vienna) and dr walker (air liquide / helden der revolution / liquid sky crete / ...) not really. its too early for that but we will keep ya posted!

not when you are from europe

are there any poisoned / dangerous animals?:

if you don t look for trouble you will be safe! hugging male goats or male sheep or donkeys or horses could leed to blue spots on your body.

how do i pay?:

most the time cash (euro). in huge supermarkets and bigger restaurants they accept creditcards.

will it be possible to get vegetarian food?:

yes. plenty.

will be there audio / videoequipment available for me for jamming with other artists?:

yes. some. but we don t have an equipmentlist right now.
